
Thomas E. Zanecchia
is the
founder and President of Wealth Management Consultants, Inc. and is
a principal consultant. He is also the co-founder of
Branzan Investment Advisors, Inc., a firm that invests in low risk
alternative assets with low correlation to traditional equity and
fixed income markets. For 30 years, Mr. Zanecchia has advised senior
corporate executives, family businesses and entrepreneurs on
corporate and personal strategic planning, investment portfolio
allocation and implementation, business and succession planning,
business valuations, income and estate tax planning and maximization
of corporate benefit and compensation packages.
Previously, Mr. Zanecchia was a stockholder of and President of
Financial Counseling Services for Asset Management Group, a fee-only
financial counseling and investment advisory firm. He was with the
firm for twelve years and founded the Wealth Management division.
His prior experience includes management consulting to multinational
family businesses at The Wharton Applied Research Center in
Philadelphia, Pennsylvania as well as auditing engagements for a
diverse base of international clients as an in-charge accountant for
Coopers and Lybrand in Boston, Massachusetts.
Mr. Zanecchia received his B.S. in Commerce from the McIntire School
of Commerce at the University of Virginia and his M.B.A. in Finance
from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. He is
listed in Who’s Who and Who’s Who in Finance and Industry and has
been selected by Worth Magazine as one of the Best Financial
Advisers in the United States. He has been cited in the Financial
Planning, Nation’s Business, Time, Worth, The Wall Street Journal,
The New York Times, Investment News, Bloomberg Wealth Manager,
Boomer Market Advisor and in other national publications. He has
been a featured speaker for the Family Firm Institute, the Young
President’s Organization and numerous trade associations. He has an
inactive license as a Certified Public Accountant in the states of
Massachusetts and Colorado and is a Registered Investment Advisor.
He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public
Accountants and a Fellow of the Family Firm Institute. He has served
on the Board of Directors of the Hospice of Metro Denver, where he
was Treasurer, the Board of Advisors of the Denver Entrepreneurship
Academy and as an Academic Advisor for the Family Business
University. He currently is a director on several corporate Boards.

Mark E.
Marquez
is a
principal consultant at Wealth Management Consultants, Inc. Mr.
Marquez has over 20 years experience in advising corporate
executives and wealthy individuals on their personal and financial
goals. This has been accomplished through the coordination of
retirement planning, investment advice and implementation,
maximization of compensation and benefit plans, risk management,
estate planning, income tax strategies and cash flow planning.
Prior to joining Wealth Management
Consultants, Inc., Mr. Marquez was a Principal and Practice Leader
of Personal Financial Consulting in Ernst & Young’s Houston office.
Under his leadership and consulting expertise, the practice grew by
450% in four years. Furthermore, he was instrumental in developing
the investment advisory services to over $150 million in the Gulf
Coast Region. Prior to Ernst & Young, Mr. Marquez was the Western
Regional Vice President for Asset Management Group, a national
fee-only financial and investment consulting firm. He was
consistently voted financial counselor of the year in his 10 years
with the firm. This award was predicated on receiving the highest
client satisfaction reviews in the entire company.
Mr. Marquez has a B.S.B.A. from the
University of Colorado with an emphasis in finance and economics.

Stephen D.
Parsons
is a principal
consultant at Wealth Management Consultants, Inc. He has over 18
years experience in advising high net worth individuals, family
businesses and institutions. In addition to his extensive experience
in advising clients on retirement planning, estate planning, and
income tax planning, he is well versed in asset allocation and
implementation, investment management and performance enhancement
utilizing private equity investments.
Prior to joining Wealth Management Consultants, Inc., Mr. Parsons
was consulting to high net worth clients for Contango Capital
Advisors in Denver. Before that, Mr. Parsons was the Chief Operating
Officer at AMG Guaranty Trust, a national trust company that
provides fee-only financial and investment consulting services.
Mr. Parsons received a B.S. in Business Administration from the
University of Kansas and a M.S. in Finance from the University of
Colorado
.
Susan M. Cornick, CFA
is engaged as investment consultant
by Wealth Management Consultants, Inc. She has 20 years experience
as a financial and investment manager. Previously, she was Director
of Asset Allocation at Asset Management Group, a fee-only financial
counseling and investment advisory firm. She was responsible for the
research, evaluation, and performance monitoring of the firm’s
marketable security recommendations. These included specific
security issues, equity, fixed income and money market mutual funds,
and real estate investment trusts (REITs). She researched a wide
variety of investment opportunities including emerging markets,
foreign bonds, puts and collars, market neutral strategies and
guaranteed investment contracts. Prior to that, Ms. Cornick
developed and implemented workout strategies for problem real estate
and venture capital assets. As part of these duties, she analyzed
the competitive position and economic feasibility of alternative
strategies, prepared private placement memorandums to raise capital,
participated in loan negotiations, bankruptcy proceedings, and other
legal matters and managed the operating budgets and capital
improvement programs. She supervised the performance monitoring of
over 60 direct private equity investments involved in real estate,
oil and gas, equipment leasing, research and development, and
venture capital. Her prior work experience includes financial
consulting to the Small Business Institute in Denver, Colorado, as
well as financial analysis for Amoco Production Company in Salt Lake
City, Utah and Evanston, Wyoming.
Ms. Cornick earned her B.S. in Finance from the University of
Wyoming and her M.B.A. with honors from the University of Denver.
She is licensed as a Chartered Financial Analyst and is a member of
the Denver Society of Security Analysts.

Steven R.
Fink
is a consultant at
Wealth Management Consultants, Inc. Steve has over 13 years of
financial analysis experience in various capacities. Previously, he
was an Acquisitions Analyst in the business development and
strategic planning group at Gulf Canada Resources, a Canadian oil
and gas company. Acquisitions ranged from specific oil and gas
properties to entire company buyouts. He was responsible for
conducting due diligence on potential acquisitions, asset valuation
and market/economic research. Financial analysis entailed optimizing
the financial structure of ventures to maximize return on
investment.
Mr. Fink received his B.S.B.A. in Finance from the University of
Denver and his M.B.A. at the University of Colorado.

Leslie M.
Nichols
is a Financial Analyst
at Wealth Management Consultants, Inc. She has 7 years experience in
the financial services industry, specializing in investment and
portfolio management reporting. She recently was an investment sales
assistant at a trust company in Denver and, prior to that, an
assistant portfolio manager for a financial planning firm in
Clinton, Mississippi.
Ms. Nichols received her B.S. in Business Administration (magna cum
laude) from Mississippi College in Clinton, MS and her M.B.A. from
the University of Colorado Denver.
